A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw, she has been affiliated with the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw since 2015, where she completed her psychiatric specialty training. In 2021, she obtained the title of specialist in psychiatry. She currently works in the Community Therapy Department at the Mokotów Mental Health Centre.
She continually develops her professional skills by participating in numerous scientific conferences and training workshops. She has taken part in a Motivational Interviewing course organised by the Polish Institute for Motivational Dialogue, completed a one-year training in the Open Dialogue approach, and twice participated in workshops organised by the Janssen Academy Young Psychiatrists’ Forum.
To ensure the highest quality of care, Dr Łajszczak works closely with psychologists, psychotherapists, and specialists from other medical fields.
She is authorised to: – issue prescriptions for medications (including reimbursed ones), – provide ZUS ZLA medical leave certificates, – issue other medical certificates.
