A clinical psychology graduate of SWPS University in Warsaw. She completed a two-year Sexology Programme at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, an Introduction to Clinical Psychology course at the Centre for Postgraduate Education of the Medical University of Warsaw, and specialised postgraduate studies in Psychotraumatology at SWPS University. She also completed a four-year Psychotherapy Training at Laboratorium Psychoedukacji in Warsaw, in the psychodynamic approach. She worked as a psychologist at the 3rd Psychiatric Clinic of the Institute of Psychiatry and Neurology in Warsaw.
She has several years of experience in forensic assessment and academic teaching. She has taught courses in mental health, psychopathology, and sexology for psychology and medical students.
Maria provides psychotherapy for adults experiencing symptoms of anxiety and mood disorders, sexual dysfunctions, and long-term effects of traumatic experiences. She offers both short- and long-term therapy.
